1. The service

Songbool provides a browser-based studio for making short physics videos with your own images and sounds. Some features will be available only to subscribers.

2. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are not open yet. The Studio plan is planned at $5 per month. Before subscriptions open, we will add the full billing, renewal, cancellation and refund terms to this page.

3. Your content

You keep full ownership of the images, sounds and videos you add to the studio and of the videos you export. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to everything you add. Do not add content that infringes anyone else’s rights or breaks the law.

4. Videos you make

You may post and share the videos you export, including on social media and for commercial purposes, as long as you have the rights to the images and sounds in them.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell or give others access to a subscription.
• Copy, reverse engineer or resell the Songbool studio or its code.
• Use Songbool to create content that is illegal, harmful or infringes the rights of others.
• Interfere with the website or try to access it in ways we have not allowed.

6. Our property

The Songbool name, logo, website, studio and software belong to us. These terms do not give you any right to use them, other than using the service as intended.

7. Changes and availability

We work to keep Songbool available and to improve it, and we may add, change or remove features over time. We cannot promise that the service will always be uninterrupted or free of errors.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Songbool is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using Songbool at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the effective date above and let people on our list know of significant changes by email.
