This policy explains what information Songbool collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

1. Who we are

Songbool (“we”, “us”) runs the website songbool.com and the Songbool studio. You can reach us through our contact page.

2. What we collect

Waitlist. If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address.
Messages. If you write to us through the contact page, we collect your name, email address and message.
Subscriptions. Subscriptions are not open yet. When they open, payments will be handled by a third-party payment provider, which we will name in this policy beforehand. We will never see or store your card details.
Your studio files. The images, sounds and videos you add to the studio are stored in your browser, on your own device. They are not uploaded to our servers.
Technical information. Like any website, our hosting provider may record basic technical details, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and working.

3. How we use it

To tell you when the studio opens and about important changes to Songbool.
To answer your messages.
To provide and manage subscriptions once they open.
To keep the website secure.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use advertising trackers.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only with the companies that help us run Songbool, such as our hosting and email providers, and only as far as they need it to provide their service. We may also share information when the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep waitlist emails until the studio launches or until you ask us to remove yours. We keep messages for as long as we need them to help you.

6. Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time with the link in each email. You can also ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you through our contact page.

7. Children

Songbool is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. For significant changes, we will let people on our list know by email.
